In Ukraine, more than 50,000 people have gone missing swallowed by three years of war, with no way of knowing whether they are dead or alive. For over a year and a half, this documentary closely follows the daily struggle of the women who search for them. They besiege government offices, morgues, and NGOs. They scroll endlessly through the internet in search of clues, torn between the hope of reunion and the anguish of an impossible mourning. Each day is a new battle, haunted by the obsessive presence of their missing loved ones.
