In a remote village on the Indo-Myanmar border, where guerrilla warfare by the Naga minority against the Indian army is rife, people have been waiting for electricity for decades. As news floats in that it might finally arrive, people are wary as they have been let down too often in the past. A woman dreams of a better future for her family, by buying a fridge. A century-old man, a former guerrilla man, wonders if he will live to see the electric bulb glow.
